Career Aspirations
My ideal job would be working as a consultant with various companies to assess training needs, design training courses, implement employee training and monitor training success. I would love to be able to travel and yet still work from home and to be flexible enough to work with several different companies/industries. I love the flexibility of being self employed and being able to work as much or as little as desired at any given point.
